The problem
Every new intake meant hand-building store products to take enrolments. Seats, waitlists, attendance and certificates were tracked separately, and learners had to convert class times into their own time zone.
What was built
- Enrolment built on course → cohort → 12-session structure
- Seats, waitlists, attendance and certificates
- Automatic Zoom class creation
- Timetables in each learner’s local time, plus a placement test
- Separate portals for students, teachers and admins
- Korean, English and Chinese
Why it matters
The manual work repeated for every intake is gone, and learners abroad can go from enrolment to class entirely on their own.
