Services

Whatever the business, I start with the flow

What matters more than the industry is how the work moves. Most problems fall into one of these three.

Small businesses · brands · education

A real online storefront, even for a small business

If marketplace fees hurt and bookings live in spreadsheets and chat apps.

What I build Brand sites, your own store, bookings & enrolment, accounts & payments

SMEs · field operations

Scattered field work on one screen

If paper, Excel and text messages are being forced into an off-the-shelf ERP.

What I build Custom business systems, mobile field input, settlement & ledgers, SMS automation, subscription SaaS

Institutions · non-profits · teams

Hand the repetitive work to AI

If people write the same report, summary and digest every single week.

What I build AI document summaries & tagging, automated newsletters, meeting minutes, dashboards & maps

Work

Built, shipped, and running

Organised by the business problem, not the screens.

Process

How a project runs

One person owns it end to end, from planning to operations. Nothing gets lost in translation.

  1. Conversation

    Free · 30 min

I start by learning how your business runs today — and sometimes I will suggest not building something at all.

  2. Scope & quote

    About 1 week

Screen flows and scope go into a written document with a fixed quote and timeline. The contract is based on it.

  3. Build

    Weekly demos

Every week you get screens you can actually use. If the direction needs to change, we talk about it right then.

  4. Launch & care

    Maintenance

Domain, search registration and a walkthrough are done before launch. After that, maintenance keeps us working together.

  • One person from planning to code — no middlemen
  • You own the source code and the domain
  • No extra costs after the quote without your agreement

Pricing

Starting prices, in the open

These are starting points. Once the scope is set you get a fixed quote, and nothing is added after that without your agreement.

FAQ

Questions

How long does it take?

Roughly from 2 weeks for a brand site, 4 weeks for a store or booking site and 6 weeks for a business system. You get an exact timeline once the scope is set.

Do I need a detailed plan first?

No. Most projects start from a single sentence. We shape it together during the conversation and scoping.

What about changes after launch?

Bugs found in the first month after launch are fixed free of charge. After that, work continues under a monthly maintenance plan or per request.

Who owns the code and domain?

You do. After final payment the repository, domain and hosting accounts are transferred to you.

Are there hosting costs?

Most projects start on the free tiers of Netlify, Vercel or Supabase. As usage grows there may be modest monthly costs, and you will know in advance.

Can you invoice a company?

Yes. GoodFlow is a registered Korean business and issues official tax invoices. Payment is split into a deposit and a final payment.
