Privacy policy

GoodFlow protects personal data in accordance with the Korean Personal Information Protection Act and sets out the following policy.
1. What we collect
- Inquiry form: name/company, email, phone (optional), message, and the selected project type, budget and timeline
- Sent automatically with the inquiry form: the sentence you typed into the diagnosis card, referral source (UTM, referrer), language and which pricing layout you saw
- Collected automatically: pages visited, referral source (UTM), browser type and similar usage statistics. Collected without cookies, and configured not to store IP addresses.
- One cookie (gf_ab) that records which pricing layout you saw. It contains no personal data.
2. Why
- To reply to inquiries, consult and provide quotes
- To analyse usage and improve the site
3. Retention
- Inquiry data is kept for one year from the inquiry date and then deleted. If a contract is signed, it is kept for the period required by law.
4. Processors and international transfer

- PostHog, Inc. (USA) · contact privacy@posthog.com — usage analytics · Data transferred: pages visited, referral source, browser information and which pricing layout you saw · Retention: up to 1 year from collection
- When and how: transmitted over the network when you submit an inquiry or use the site.
- If you do not want your data transferred abroad, you can email us instead; even then, it may be processed by our email service provider.
5. Third parties
- We do not provide personal data to third parties.
6. Your rights
- You may ask to access, correct, delete or stop the processing of your data at any time. Requests sent to the contact below are handled without delay.
